The Client: The New Orleans Regional Transit Authority (RTA) provides public bus and streetcar transportation for Metro New Orleans.
The Project: The Rider Education Campaign was designed to provide information to local riders of public transportation about available tools that help make riding New Orleans buses and streetcars easier and more efficient.
The Estopinal Group developed a rider education campaign to provide RTA riders with tools and information regarding smart, safe and responsible ridership conduct. Utilizing public transit market research, TEG to developed and designed communications, community outreach strategies, advertisements and public service announcements encouraging transit riders to access the RTA’s website and social media platforms to enhance the public transit riding experience. To expand and enhance the campaign’s impact, TEG also identified potential partnerships and developed a media placement plan.
