TEG had the valuable opportunity to provide community engagement and public issues management expertise to Governor Kathleen Babineaux Blanco through the Office on Women’s Policy (OWP).
OWP focused on public promoting public policy that supported the education, health, social, and economic advancement of women and girls. The office was a connector between non-profits, state and federal agencies, educational institutions, legislators and concerned citizens to promote effective collaborations to further the status of Louisiana women.
